Our Operating Principles
We believe in the talents and resources of our citizens. Focusing on the common good, we will provide the opportunities, the tools and the participation of citizens in creating our future.
We believe that only by addressing their root causes rather than their symptoms can we eliminate problems.
We believe that making continuous improvement a standard is important in creating our future.
Our service area includes all of Gaston County and its 14 municipalities: Belmont, Bessemer City, Cherryville, Cramerton, Dallas, Gastonia, High Shoals, Kings Mountain, Lowell, McAdenville, Mount Holly, Ranlo, Spencer Mountain, and Stanley.
