Loneliness

Loneliness is hard. It is a feeling of being disconnected from other people. Loneliness can mean you feel like you are not getting as much social interaction as you want. It also can be the feeling of being disconnected from people even if you are spending time with others.

Everyone feels lonely from time to time. But sometimes feeling lonely happens more often than we want. This page has resources and tools to help you try and feel better when you feel lonely.
